Protect and track the funding on your construction projects, ensure contractors meet project requirements and best practices, and provide time, cost savings & value to all project stakeholders.
DrawAlert is a cloud-based software for construction projects. Unlike other software, DrawAlert is owner-driven and owner-controlled. Each element of DrawAlert is designed to meet your need for transparency, security, and communication on your projects. A DrawAlert Certified Project supports a professional and respectful business relationship between you and your contractors.
How? DrawAlert’s key features include:
Full Stakeholder Visibility
You and your contractors will have access to a collaborative project dashboard. This central location lets you quickly send and access essential project information, including:
- Information about other project stakeholders
- Project status
- CSI Codes for subcontractors
- Important project milestones, such as estimated project end date and CofO date
Project Fund Tracking and Draw Notifications
DrawAlert closes the loop on project funding by keeping every stakeholder on the same page.
DrawAlert Certified project stakeholders receive email notifications when project draws are posted to the Prime Contractor. Prime Contractors signal when they receive the funds. This turns every subcontractor into a watchdog for your money. Users can easily access and save a full record of draw dates and (if enabled) amounts.
Document Management and Communication
DrawAlert provides a secure, cloud-based repository for metadata-rich “Smart” project documents, including:
- Certificates of Insurance
Document management includes a robust set of requirements appropriate for each project. You will know about expiring documentation, failure to meet requirements and more.
DrawAlert allows users to easily create backups of project details and documents.
Project and Stakeholder Ratings
After each DrawAlert project:
- You rate your Prime Contractor
- The Prime Contractor submits ratings for every Subcontractor
- Every Subcontractor submits a rating for the Prime Contractor
All of these ratings are collected for you in the Project Scorecard, helping you assess overall project success and identify potential issues for future projects.
Contractor ratings are included in their Contractor Directory profile. You and your Prime Contractors can use this to recruit and attract best-practices contractors.
Scaling and Customization
Individual projects can be tailored in a variety of ways to meet the needs of all project types and sizes, including:
- Financial Services
- Local Government
