How it Works
DrawAlert is Owner Controlled, Cloud-Based Software to Support Construction Project Best-Practices.
DrawAlert was founded to support Owners, Lenders and Bonding Companies who are the respective funding sources for construction projects. DrawAlert is the only construction industry that is designed to meet the needs of project funding sources.
DrawAlert setup begins during the bidding process. The Project Owner includes contract addendums and other materials (provided by DrawAlert) with their RFP. The Owner then creates the project record in the system and invites the Prime Contractor. Owners can also invite a Lender or other Collaborators they want to have access to the project.
The Prime Contractor then adds their Subcontractors and Lien Companies to DrawAlert– giving everyone access to a shared project dashboard.
When the Project Owner decides to use DrawAlert for their project, it is required for all project stakeholders. The Project Owner supports the project by posting Draw Notifications.
DrawAlert uses a secure, collaborative platform hosted by Microsoft Azure. MORE ON TECHNICAL STUFF? Azure’s industry leading 99.99% availability service level agreement (SLA), powered by a global network of Microsoft-managed datacenters, helps keep DrawAlert running 24/7. DrawAlert uses Azure SQL Database to take advantage of built-in security, fault tolerance, and data protection. In addition, if the datacenter hosting the DrawAlert database experiences an outage, we can restore the data from geo-redundant copies of recent backups.
